HYBRID BROWS

HYBRID BROWS

Hybrid brows are a popular eyebrow treatment that combines two techniques—microblading and machine shading—to create a natural yet defined look. This method blends the fine, hair-like strokes of microblading with the soft, powdered effect achieved through shading, resulting in a fuller, more dimensional appearance.

What's the difference between regular tint/henna brows and hybrid brows?

The key differences between regular tint or henna brows and hybrid brows lie in their techniques, longevity, and the results they provide:

Technique
  • Regular Tint or Henna Brows: These treatments involve applying dye to the eyebrows and, in the case of henna, sometimes the skin underneath. Tint is a chemical-based product, while henna is plant-based and natural.

  • Hybrid Brows: This is a semi-permanent cosmetic procedure combining microblading (creating hair-like strokes) and machine shading (softly filling in gaps) for a 3D, polished effect.

Appearance
  • Regular Tint or Henna Brows: Both options give a temporary enhancement to your natural brows. Tint adds color to the hair, while henna offers a bolder, fuller look by also staining the skin beneath the hair.

  • Hybrid Brows: Hybrid brows provide a highly defined and tailored look, with realistic hair strokes and shading to create dimension and density.

Longevity
  • Regular Tint or Henna Brows: Tint lasts about 3-6 weeks on the hair, while henna lasts 2-6 weeks on the skin (depending on skin type and aftercare).

  • Hybrid Brows: Being a semi-permanent treatment, hybrid brows last 1-2 years, with occasional touch-ups required to maintain their appearance.

Customization
  • Regular Tint or Henna Brows: Color and intensity are customizable, but they mainly rely on the natural brow shape.

  • Hybrid Brows: Fully customizable in terms of shape, color, thickness, and definition, making it ideal for sparse or uneven brows.
